Project aims

After a look to the motivation of the project, the following aims were developed:

• Survey of obstacles and success factors that counteract or promote intensification of commercially successful R&D- and educational activities and improvement of competitiveness in the PolyRegion
• Implementation of round-table discussions with regional stakeholders
• Preparation of an action plan for a proactive approach in solving the identified problems and needs
• Dissemination of knowledge about the intellectual property, marketing of R&D and technical products or entry into new markets
• Development of a concept for better integration of students in SMEs
• Promotion of sustainable cooperation between SMEs and R&D- or educational institutions in the area of PolyRegion with a strong focus on cross-border cooperation
• Better dissemination of scientific research results in the economic sector
